The training course "The Role of the Psychologist in Parkinson's Disease: from Assessment to Treatment" aims to train and sensitize psychologists/psychotherapists/physicians (including those in training) to a more modern and rational cognitive-behavioral framing and monitoring of the non-motor symptoms typical of Parkinson's Disease (PD), also by using artificial intelligence. Overall, the training course is conducted to:
- improve the identification of cognitive-behavioral symptoms of patients with PD from the onset
- implement the most appropriate non-drug treatment for the patient by evaluating its functional impact on their quality of life.
