Call for Projects Supporting the Promotion of University Life Quality for Psychology Students
The Department of General Psychology at the University of Padua promotes the INTERAZIONI initiative (INTERventions to improve relATIONships and well-being), supporting projects aimed at enhancing the quality of university life for Psychology students. The initiative supports actions designed to improve both the physical environment and social relationships, addressing new educational needs and fostering increasingly inclusive and sustainable contexts. Completing a project will also give the members of the working group the opportunity to request the issuance of the ‘INTERAZIONI’ Open Badge, as a digital certification of the skills outlined in the call.”
Starting from 2024, the initiative will run for 10 annual editions and is based on the following premises:
- Achieving academic success and effectively entering the professional world requires not only the acquisition of solid skills and transversal competencies but also the ability to establish and maintain positive social networks during one’s studies.
- The quality of student life and individual and collective well-being are interdependent factors closely linked to environmental well-being.
Students wishing to apply for funding must be enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree programs for which the Department of General Psychology is the reference department.
Projects may be submitted by groups consisting of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 members. Projects may be approved for a maximum total funding of €5,000.00, and the funding request for each project must not exceed this amount.
For more information about the 2025 edition, please consult the call document and the guidelines available below.

Winning Projects from 2025 Call
Project “InterAction: Play to Discover!”: The project proposes a series of creative drama workshops, held in English, for students at the University of Padua, aimed at promoting interaction, inclusion, and well-being within the university community. Through games, improvisation, and role-playing activities, participants explore themes related to communication, trust, and group dynamics while developing interpersonal skills and collective reflection.
For more information, please access the project’s Moodle page.
Project “STAY&PLAY”: The project involves organizing two days dedicated to rediscovering traditional sports as a tool for social cohesion and psychophysical well-being. The initiative invites students to experience a dynamic and participatory approach to the university context, promoting inclusive and non-discriminatory thinking through play. The recreational and sports activities (such as Capture the Flag and Dodgeball) are designed to encourage spontaneous interaction and dialogue, transforming the sports space into a setting for informal learning and integration.
For more information, please access the project’s Moodle page.
Project “Ambientiamoci”: The project aims to promote the development of positive relationships among students through the exploration of the surrounding territory. We start from the idea that the stories we tell about our environment influence the way we interact within it. For this reason, we have organized an excursion along Padua’s waterways and in the Golena San Massimo area. We will have the opportunity to get to know the local organizations that take care of these places and learn how they do so, as well as enjoy several moments of historical and geographical learning and conviviality. The excursion will take place on April 26.
